Barrus RED Dual Column Universal and Tensile Testing Machine
The dual column Barrus RED tests with forces from 5 N to 500 kN. It is driven by a servo motor and controlled via PC with the Ivory software.
You choose the load cell to suit your application, up to 500 kN. Force measurement accuracy is ±0.5 % or ±1 %. The internal displacement measuring system has a resolution of 0.3 µm. External extensometers can also be connected, including video extensometers.
It tests materials ranging from elastomers and rubber to metals. We are happy to advise you on the choice of load cell and accessories.
