Mark-10 torque test stands are designed for torque testing of closures, fasteners and more. DISA supplies the manual TST and TSTH and the motorised TSTM-DC from Mark-10.

Manual or motorised?

The manual TST is operated via a smooth handwheel and is designed for tests up to 11.3 Nm. The TSTM-DC is a motorised test stand with 11.5 Nm or 22 Nm and RS-232, USB and Mitutoyo interfaces.

Which torque test stands does DISA offer?

From Mark-10 the manual TST or TSTH test stand and the motorised TSTM-DC test stand.

Which torques are possible?

The manual TST is designed for tests up to 11.3 Nm. The motorised TSTM-DC is available with 11.5 Nm and 22 Nm.

How is the manual test stand operated?

The TST has a smooth handwheel for the rotation and a lever-operated slide.

What are the test stands used for?

For example for testing closure torque and the torque of fasteners.

Which interfaces does the TSTM-DC have?

RS-232, USB and Mitutoyo.

Can DISA calibrate the gauges?

Yes. Our calibration laboratory in Sarnen is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 (SCS 0083) and calibrates torque gauges, sensors and test stands up to 1000 Nm. More on the calibration page.
