Electric screwdrivers by FIAM, Hios and Delvo

DISA supplies electric screwdrivers by FIAM, Hios and Delvo with torques from 0.02 Nm to 16 Nm. Which electric screwdrivers does DISA offer?

Which torque ranges are available?

FIAM E8C: 0.3 to 4.5 Nm. FIAM E8CC: 0.3 to 16 Nm. FIAM E8CA: 0.3 to 6.5 Nm. Delvo DLV: 0.02 to 4.5 Nm. Hios BL: 0.02 to 3.5 Nm. Hios BLG: 0.1 to 1.2 Nm. Hios CL: 0.02 to 2.5 Nm. Hios VBH: 3 to 10 Nm.

How do the FIAM eTensil series differ?

The E8C works with a mechanical clutch and automatic shut-off and is operated with the TPU-1 or TPU-2 power unit, with the TPU-M1 for monitoring. The E8CC controls torque and angle via current consumption, with the TPU-C1 or TPU-C3 control unit. The E8CA measures torque and angle with an integrated transducer and works with the TPU-A3 control unit.

Which designs are available?

FIAM E8C and E8CC are available straight, as pistol with air supply from top or bottom, as UpGrip and with 30° or 90° angle head. The E8C is also available straight with external clutch adjustment. FIAM E8CA and Hios BLG are straight screwdrivers.

Which electric screwdrivers are suitable for electronics assembly?

All Hios BL are available in ESD version, the Hios CL as ESD variant, and the Hios BLG have an antistatic housing. Vacuum and clean room versions are also available for Hios BL, BLG and CL.

Which screw sizes are the Hios screwdrivers designed for?

According to the data sheet, for machine screws from 1.0 to 4.0 mm with the BL and CL series, from 1.4 to 3.0 mm with the BLG and from 5.0 to 6.0 mm with the VBH.

Which electric screwdrivers run directly on 230 V?

The Delvo DLV and the Hios VBH are connected directly to 230 V and need no additional power supply. The Hios VBH may only be operated with a reaction arm.

What do I need in addition to the screwdriver?

The FIAM eTensil screwdrivers work with a power or control unit of the TPU range. The Hios BL, BLG and CL series need a matching power supply such as NS25 or T-45.
