Which screw dispenser suits your screws?

The series differ in screw diameter, maximum screw length and whether they are designed for magnetic screws only. Our sales team will be happy to advise you.

Which screw feeders does DISA offer?

Which screw sizes are the dispensers suitable for?

NSR and NSB: screw diameter 1.0 to 3.0 mm, screw length up to 20 mm. FK: 1.4 to 5.0 mm, up to 18 mm. NJ: 2.0 to 6.0 mm, up to 18 mm. NJR: 2.0 to 5.0 mm, up to 18 mm. NJL: 2.0 to 5.0 mm, up to 25 mm. OM-26M: 2.0 to 6.0 mm, up to 25 mm.

Which units are for magnetic screws only?

The NJ, NJL, NSB, OM-26M and FK series versions are designed for magnetic screws only. The NSR is suitable for a wide range of screws made of different materials and in different shapes.

What does horizontal feeding mean?

The OHTAKE NJ, NJR, NSR and NSB have horizontal feeding. On the NSR and NSB, it reduces the risk of jamming. The NSB is specially designed for feeding small diameter screws.

What distinguishes the NJL series?

The OHTAKE NJL series has a robust bit guide holder for reliable screw feeding. An optional cover prevents screws from falling.

What distinguishes the FK series?

The Entrust FK series supports different screw types and sizes and has a light, space-saving and compact housing.

What is the handheld screwdriving system with automatic screw feeding?

A screwdriving system from FIAM in which the screws are fed automatically. It is available with pneumatic or electric screwdriving units, for 0.1 to 12 Nm, and has different control levels for the screwdriving parameters torque, angle and time. The assembly cycles can be monitored with a poka-yoke system.
