TorqBee cordless screwdrivers from HS-Technik

DISA supplies the programmable TorqBee cordless screwdrivers and the TBASL-x from HS-Technik. The range includes cordless shut-off screwdrivers with precision shut-off clutch and cordless EC screwdrivers with reaction torque sensor or rotary torque and angle sensor, with torques from 0.8 Nm to 1250 Nm.

Which cordless screwdriver suits your application?

Which cordless screwdrivers does DISA offer?

From HS-Technik the TBASL-x, the TorqBee Light, SO, SOP, ECO, EC and EC² series and the TorqBee HT EC series and HT ECO series.

Which torque ranges are available?

TBASL-x: 1 to 20 Nm. TorqBee Light, SO and SOP: 1 to 100 Nm. TorqBee ECO: 2 to 120 Nm. TorqBee EC and EC²: 0.8 to 120 Nm. TorqBee HT EC and HT ECO: 50 to 1250 Nm.

How do the TorqBee series differ?

Light and SO are programmable cordless shut-off screwdrivers with precision shut-off clutch. SOP additionally has a reaction torque sensor and can also be used as a cordless EC screwdriver. ECO and HT ECO are cordless EC screwdrivers with reaction torque sensor. EC and HT EC have a rotary torque and angle sensor.

What is different about the TorqBee EC²?

The EC² has a rotary torque and angle sensor and additionally a redundant reaction torque sensor, as redundancy according to VDI/VDE 2862. All common screwdriving strategies can be programmed.

Which parameters can be programmed?

On SOP, ECO, EC, EC² and the HT series, torque, current, angle, speed and time in 6 steps. On Light and SO, current, angle, speed and time in 6 steps. On the TBASL-x, the speed can be programmed via the HST Tool Manager.

How are screwdriving results documented?

SO, SOP, ECO, EC, EC² and the HT series store at least 150,000 screwdriving results with curves in the tool and have 100 individual programs, an OLED display and a screw counter. SOP, ECO, EC and EC² evaluate the shut-off result as OK/NOK. The HT series document date and time for every screw joint. Barcode scanner and WLAN are optional on these series.

How accurate is the TorqBee HT EC series?

For the torque sensor, the manufacturer specifies less than 1% full scale, the angle resolution is 0.1°.

What does the TBASL-x offer?

An extremely short design for good accessibility, a precision shut-off clutch, speed programmable via the HST Tool Manager, a multi-colour status LED, adjustable LED work area lighting with result display and a large lever start.
