At manual assembly workstations, screws are often still picked one by one from trays or containers. This takes time, requires attention and involves many repetitive movements. This step is often underestimated, even though it has a direct impact on assembly efficiency, ergonomics, production continuity and product quality.
How the Screw Supply System works
The system collects the screws from the feeder and stores them in an accumulation chamber. As soon as an optical sensor detects the hand in the pick-up area, it dispenses the programmed number of screws directly into the hand, without any buttons or levers. The screws are still tightened manually.
- Up to eight programs with different screw quantities
- LED status indicator: screws ready, feeding in progress or pick-up not authorised
- Manual mode with a fixed quantity per cycle
- Automatic mode controlled by the screwdriver’s control unit or the line PLC

Two models, flexible integration
The Screw Supply System is available in two models: the Screw Supply System 30 handles screws up to 30 mm in length, the Screw Supply System 60 screws up to 60 mm in length. It is mounted directly on the workbench or on the workstation profiles using an articulated bracket.
