We plan, design, and integrate test setups for tension, compression, and torque
– including sensors, signal routing, software, and handover documentation. This gives you reproducible measurement results and stable processes.

Test setups & test benches
Design, calculation, and construction for tension/compression and torque – from tabletop setups to production or laboratory test benches, including safety and operator ergonomics.

Adapters, mounts & fixtures
Force/torque-compatible adapters, mounts, couplings, and clamps for low-error force transmission and repeatable positioning.

Sensors & signal routing
Selection/integration of force and torque sensors, measuring chains, amplifiers, and data acquisition. Cable routing, shielding, EMC-compliant design.

Software & evaluation
Setup of measurement/evaluation software (recording, triggers, filters, characteristic curves, reports), interfaces to QA/ERP/MES as required.

Retrofit & optimization
Retrofitting of existing systems, redesign of weak points, increasing repeatability and measurement accuracy, reducing setup times.

Prototypes & small series
