Torque Sensor 2 Measurement Ranges DRDL

The dual-range torque sensor is ideally suited for use as a test bench sensor. Thanks to its special design, two measurement ranges can be measured synchronously without the need for switching (!). Both peak torque and operating torque are recorded with high accuracy. The 100% overload protection of the wide measurement range provides additional protection against short-term overloads. The contactless transmission of supply voltage and measurement signal enables low-loss and maintenance-free continuous operation. The integrated measurement amplifier provides an analog, galvanically isolated output signal ranging from 0 to ±10 V per measurement range at a supply voltage of 12 V DC. The advantages of this sensor lie in its wide torque range as well as the reduction in setup time and costs. This transducer is ideally suited for measurements on electric motors, coefficient of friction measurements on gearboxes, power measurement, generator testing, and automated test applications.
