F-Series Universal Testing Machine with IntelliMESUR F105 / F305 / F505 / F505H

This family of universal testing machines is designed for tensile and compression testing with a force capacity of up to 2.2 kN. You can choose between vertical and horizontal configurations, a wide range of force transducers, and a large selection of fixtures. Set up tests, record data, and analyze it with IntelliMESUR software. IntelliMESUR is fully integrated into the F Series systems—from simple tests to multi-step sequences. You can choose between a preconfigured tablet control panel or standalone software for your own Windows device.

Stable and precise thanks to the design
. Exceptionally robust frames feature customised extrusion designs engineered for rigidity. Factory calibration of the frame and force sensors ensures positional accuracy of ± 0.05 mm under any load and at any position. Stepper motors and controllers drive a ball screw and a linear guide, ensuring smooth, quiet operation with virtually no speed fluctuations under load.
Practical and modular The frame bases can be removed to allow for column extensions and alternative mounting configurations. Most electronic components are housed in a separate enclosure, which is easily accessible and replaceable if required. Integrated T-slots along the column allow for the attachment of extensions.
External limit switches Upper and lower travel limiters can be used as test limits. Double-stepped scales assist with the positioning of the switches.
Seamless force sensor interface The FS05 series of intelligent force sensors are mounted directly onto the crosshead of the F105, F305, F505 and F505H models, without the need for connecting cables. Measuring ranges from 0.5 N to 2.5 kN are available. Accuracy: ±0.1% of full scale. The R07 series S-beam force sensors are suitable for higher force ranges and are also compatible with Plug & Test® technology. 250 N to 7.5 kN. Accuracy of ±0.15% of full scale.
Easy-to-maintain electronics Most electronic components are housed in an integrated module that can be easily replaced without the need for special tools or procedures.
