F-Series Universal Testing Machine with EasyMESUR F105 / F305 / F505 / F505H
The F-Series universal testing machines with EasyMESUR are designed for a wide range of tensile and compression tests, including fracture testing, cyclic testing, limit testing up to a specific load or distance, load holding, average force testing, and more.
Using the integrated, easy-to-use touchscreen interface, you can set up and run tests, export results, and generate reports—no PC is required. However, for special requirements, you can operate the test stand via a PC using EasyMESUR’s serial command library.
Setting up tests and fine-tuning positioning is a breeze with the optionally available FollowMe positioning feature. Using your hand as a guide, push and pull the force sensor to move the crosshead at variable speeds.
EasyMESUR was developed as a modular functional platform and is very easy to operate. You can purchase all functions at the time of ordering or activate them later on-site using an activation code. All force testing stands are delivered in a 160-hour evaluation mode in which all functions are available.
Generous travel ranges, clearance, and depth allow for testing of test specimens with various shapes and properties. The modular mechanical design enables single- and double-column extensions for oversized test specimens.
You can choose between vertical and horizontal orientations, a wide range of force sensors, and an extensive selection of clamping devices.

Stable and precise thanks to the design
. Exceptionally robust frames feature customised extrusion designs engineered for rigidity. Factory calibration of the frame and force sensors ensures positional accuracy of ± 0.15 mm under any load and at any position. Stepper motors and controllers drive a ball screw and a linear guide, ensuring smooth, quiet operation with virtually no speed fluctuations under load.- Practical and modular The frame bases can be removed to allow for column extensions and alternative mounting configurations. Most electronic components are housed in a separate enclosure, which is easily accessible and replaceable if required. Integrated T-slots along the column allow for the attachment of extensions.
- External limit switches Upper and lower travel limiters can be used as test limits. Double-graduated scales assist with the positioning of the switches.
- Seamless force sensor interface The FS05 series intelligent force sensors are mounted directly onto the crosshead of the F105, F305, F505 and F505H models without the need for connecting cables. Measuring ranges from 0.5 N to 2.5 kN are available. Accuracy: ±0.1% of full scale. The FS06 series S-beam force sensors are mounted on the F105, F305, F505 and F505H models and are recommended for use with heavy and bulky grips. Measurement ranges from 250 N to 2.5 kN are available.
- Easy-to-maintain electronics Most electronic components are housed in an integrated module that can be easily replaced without the need for special tools or procedures.
