TT03 Series Torque Meter

The TT03 digital torque testers are suitable for clockwise and counterclockwise torque testing in virtually any industry, with capacities ranging from 7 to 11.5 Nm. A special remote-controlled torque sensor with a drill chuck can be used to grip a specimen, drill bit, or fixture. The meters’ rugged aluminum housing allows for handheld use or mounting on a test stand for more demanding testing requirements. The TT03 series features a sampling rate of 2000 Hz, delivering accurate results under a wide range of test conditions. A backlit graphic LCD displays large characters, and a menu provides access to the meter’s functions and configurable parameters. A USB output is available for data acquisition. Setpoint displays are provided for pass/fail testing. The testers are overload-protected up to 150% of capacity, and the display shows an analog load bar to graphically represent the applied force. The testers include the MESUR Lite data acquisition software for tabular presentation of continuous or individual data points. Exporting to Excel with a single mouse click allows for further data manipulation.
