TT05 Series Torque Testers

The TT05 series of universal torque testers can be used for a range of applications up to 11.5 Nm. The stainless steel mounting plate features a matrix of threaded holes, making it ideal for mounting custom fixtures and attachments. The testers’ robust design and simple, intuitive operation make them suitable for use in both laboratory and production environments. The accuracy of ±0.3% and the fast sampling rate of 7000 Hz ensure reliable and consistent test results, even in high-speed applications. Password protection prevents unauthorized changes to settings and calibration. The TT05 features a range of advanced, productivity-enhancing functions, including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output and zeroing upon sample interruption, storage for 1,000 measurement values, pass/fail indicators and outputs, and more. First/second peak torque detection is useful for testing torque tools, tamper-evident closures, and other applications. The TT05 series testers include the MESUR Lite data acquisition software. MESUR Lite tabulates continuous or single-point data. Data stored in the TT05’s memory can also be downloaded in large volumes. One-click export to Excel allows for further data processing.
