TT02 Series Torque Tool Tester

The TT02 series torque testers offer a simple and accurate solution for testing manual, electric, and pneumatic torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and other tools. These testers are compact and rugged, making them suitable for production environments. A universal 3/8" square drive accommodates standard bits and attachments. The TT02 measures peak torque in both directions and also calculates the 1st and 2nd peaks, which is useful for ratchet tools. A fast sampling rate of 7000 Hz and an accuracy of ±0.3% ensure reliable and consistent measurement results. The TT02 features a range of advanced, productivity-enhancing functions, including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs; automatic data output, zeroing, and data storage upon tool slippage or clicking; storage for 1,000 measurement values; pass/fail indicators and outputs; and much more. Password protection prevents unauthorized changes to settings and calibration. The TT02 series testers include the MESUR Lite data acquisition software. MESUR Lite tabulates continuous or single-point data. Data stored in the TT02’s memory can also be downloaded in large volumes. One-click export to Excel allows for further data processing. Note: Not suitable for use with impact tools.
